Great Vibes Studio runs photography work for weddings and events, and the business had outgrown handling bookings through messages and manual records. The platform replaces that with a public booking site plus separate admin and photographer portals, so every booking, job, and payment lives in one place.
It covers the full lifecycle — package discovery, deposit payment online, remaining balances, job assignment to photographers, uploads, payout receipts, and notifications. Accounts are protected with modern sign-in, notifications reach each device, and every payment is tracked by type. The rollout was completed without interrupting the studio's daily operations.
