A public booking experience on top of a real back-office.
LaniFilm is a Malaysian wedding and event film studio. Before the platform, the pipeline ran on messages and manual records. The new public site — home, packages, gallery, and partners — leads into an online booking flow with deposits paid online by card or online banking, with payment status and booking reference tracking.
Behind the scenes, a full admin back-office manages the operation: bookings calendar and hot dates, clients, packages and combo packages, add-ons, vouchers, payments, withdrawals, photographer partners, and audit logs. Live visitor statistics and instant updates keep the studio informed, clients get app-style notifications, and automatic photo conversion plus PDF receipts keep the paperwork out of the process.
