Overview

Selling insurance online, end to end.

TravelThai is a Malaysian insurance agency with branches in Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, and Kelantan, selling travel insurance for trips to Thailand plus motor insurance and takaful. The site splits into takaful and conventional paths, explains coverage clearly, and presents products — Silver, Gold, and Platinum; individual, husband-wife, and family — with add-ons like adventurous-activity cover.

Purchases happen fully online. A 10-step travel checkout wizard and a multi-step vehicle checkout (manual entry or document upload) settle with secure online payments, and policy documents are generated and delivered automatically. The admin area covers dashboard metrics, purchase lists, vouchers, admin management, audit logs, and password controls — and the entire experience is localised in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
